176.6 for me, which means i actually met my goal of 177. though i'm heading out for a weekend of scrapbooking, which means snacking, so i'm a little worried about what monday will bring. and i'm banned from the bike until tuesday due to a cortisone shot in the right shoulder. but my scrapping friend wants to walk/run while we are away, so fingers crossed that we do a lot of that.
i'm a far way from the shape i want to be in. but the 'fat girl' clothes that i've worn the last few years were almost getting unwearable, and now i'm back into them. so i'm totally game for the next two month challenge so i can try and get to where the bigger clothes are too loose and maybe i can get a size down.![]()

all the weight I lost this challenge was lost in the first week! Typical of me -- I get revved up over something new and start with a bang, then nothing. But hey, I weigh less now than I did at the beginning, and that is better than the altneratives, right?
)... Since almost no one is riding in the smoky hazy air here in Nor Cal, I'm just glad I didn't gain it all back!
I think the trick for me is to focus ... but anywho, I'm in if there's another challenge.
