I wear a spun polypropylene painter's coverall from Lowe's. Made in China. Totally non-recyclable. Looks like a hazmat suit. Doesn't leave smelly scary chemicals all over my skin. Works great.Originally Posted by zencentury

I found a great bug repellant at our local "natural" pet supply store...got it for the puppy whom I can't put any flea stuff on yet because she's too small. Anyway, the company's called "Dirty and Harry" and it's green tea and lime bug and flea repellant. No chemicals, good for the dogs AND the humans, no rashes, no asthma, no bites. GREAT stuff! And smells good to boot!

Actually it is, that's why I love it so much! Not the Tyvek ones which are heavy and don't breathe well. Air goes right through the spun polypro, but bugs can't, and in fact sweat forms and evaporates on my skin better than it does when it's covered with oily repellents (even natural ones).
