Turns out I got a few friends out there!! So I had to update my goal.
I never would have guessed that would happen.
Yup. Once I get groceries, go home and make something to eat then I'll get some rest... at about midnight at the rate I'm going right now. Just leaving work after a marathon day.Living life like there's no tomorrow.

This morning seems like a lovely morning to race.... think I'll go out and do an Olympic Tri.

Abbreviated report. Really good swim, mediocre bike and really, really good run. Total time: 2:31:54. I run a sub 8 min mile... that was the highlight of my day. Right now I feel really pretty good.
