    The new suit is this tri top and http://2xu.com/triathlon/wt1223b.html, in blue with white accents.

    The run went well. I managed to pull off 12.8 miles in 1:54. That's really good for the heart rate I was at. My lower legs are tired and need to be taken care of but not sore.

    I honestly think I'm faster right now than I was going into Ironman last year.

    All that boring concentrated form work sure paid off!! indeed. (Let this be a lesson to the rest of us)

    I like the new suit, looking at the website, that pink color...

    Hi Yoda,
    Well, interesting training plan ya got going on here! If anybody can cram for a HIM it is you. It gives me hope for the Xterra I am trying to cram for right now. Keep us posted on how the training is going and be nice to your leg.
