Glad they didn't have a split screen shot on poor David Zeds SO. What a bummer - and all the team had to just carry on while their man is left floundering on the deck. Ouch!
I'm still verklempt. I hope this doesn't turn Z. into a head case (somehow, I suspect it won't, but you never know ).

Personally, I love seeing the riders toddlers and kiddies on the podium looking a bit bewildered as to why daddy they're standing on a step in front of lots of people.
