oops--had a race and company for the weekend that just left--forgot to weigh in, but hadn't changed since last week when I finally stepped on the scale this morning. I will try harder this week, with less distractions!

I'm down 2 to 183. Now if I can just let that motivate me to get moving even more this week.

    Better late than never!!!

Hey thanks for letting me in!

    My start was 197.
My week weigh in on May 9th was 194.5.

I'm trying something totally different for me, counting Weight Watcher points. Anyone else doing this? I just got someone to get me the calculator, log and the books. I don't know how to do the points back for exercise, I just take 1/3rd of what I burned off and eat that back. Seems to work.

My 8 week goal is 2 lbs a week so it should be 181.

I expect the scale not to move this week because Aunt Flo (TTOM) is showing up. Sigh.

Hope everyone is kickin it. Thanks for lettin me in! Karin

    Nervous too . . .

I'm not looking forward to weighing in either. This last year I had inched up about 5 bls. And I can't seem to lose it. Most of my clothes are snug or small With the refund check, I was able to order some new clothes in a bigger size (depressing enough). What was more depressing, I just tried them on and they fit a little snug for comfort

Maybe we should start a clothing swap....those that are doing great and loosing weight...have to pass their 'big' clothes on to us that aren't doing so well!!!!

. . . and we could pass our "skinny" clothes onto the girls that are doing well too.

Here is an updated chart for last week. I messed up quite a few entries and I'm very sorry about that! That's what I get for trying to do this after a head injury!

I've already added new LOWER weights for both horsemom and Jallora for the next chart (on Monday). Good job, you guys! Let's hope the rest of us fare as well tomorrow morning!!

I totally surprised myself getting on the scales this week! Down more than 2lbs to 206.6. I had totally not expected that. Now, if only I can keep it up.

Good luck to the rest of you this morning and happy Friday!

No change for me this week. It seems I'm down in weight early in the week, but it's back up by Friday.

    Help

    182. Up 1.5 lbs.

I am so frustrated. I've been counting my calories every day, staying under 1650. I'm eating whole, healthy foods--nothing packaged or processed. I work out at least 1 hour a day, I do weight training 3-4 days a week. Can someone help me out please? WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?????????? And trust me, I'm not building muscles or getting leaner. My jeans are definitely getting smaller. I do have hypothyroidism, so I know it's harder to lose weight, but shouldn't I be making some kind of progress instead of moving up the scale?
