We got one of ours today, I promptly transferred it to the savings account...only to find the $900 deposit I made on Saturday isn't showing ANYWHERE. I called the bank and had a chat with the manager, they managed to "find" the check in the proofing department where it had been kicked out by the reader. I explained to the manager that this is the fourth foul up they've made since they merged with another bank three months ago, if another one occurs I'll be moving my accounts to another bank...after 30 years with the current one.
