B]Podcasts for Running[/B] - Couch to 5km set of podcasts. About 12 weeks altogether? It has music and a voice to guide you. I haven't tried it yet but I did listen to parts of it. Might be good if you're a new runner.

I've just started using this one and am finding it very useful- the music isn't entirely to my taste but for the first few weeks when the walk/run intervals are short I am going to stick with it because the prompts as to when to walk and when to run are really useful. Its acutally 9 weeks in the end (he says 12 weeks in his introductin for some reason)
