Sports bra.

Funny it really is when one is reading all the forums (for woman) on sports esspecially cycling and the loads of words being spoken about parts, materials, nutricion, training etc.

There is one thing that is very important and by most of us (including myself until recently) about a clothing item we all wear everyday, but not the specific sports edition.

What is it, well a sports bra.

When i was searching the internet i stumbled on this site http://www.shockabsorber.co.uk/bounceometer/shock.html

I was shocked from what i saw and what the effects where and from that moment on i realized how neccessary it is to use one.

I hope this information is usefull and that it is just as necessary 'equipment' on a bike/rider than any other item on a bike.

Personally i got the action sportjock due to it's back construction wich i like very much.

In order to give you that little kick in deciding a yes or no, just think of thea bags .....

not sure what Underwire would do when jumping rope, i thought it was super-supportive.

Cycling's not too hard to find a bra for, but I always have a hard time finding a really supportive d cup sportsbra to run in that doesn't look like underwear (I like to go out in just a sports bra when it's really hot).
There is a plethora of very good ones with clasps & whatnot...

Soooo I was home the other day during the middle of the day... and "The History of the Bra" was on television....
There actually was a very interesting segment on sports bras - someone did a motion study to determine what the best design for a sports bra for more well endowed ladies would be. They tested - stretchy material, individual cups; stretchy material shelf style; stretchy material, shelf style doubled up; and stiff material, individual cups.

The non-stretch material won hands down, for comfort for the tester and in the computerized motion analysis. The doubled up traditonal shelf style sports bra did cut the bounce, but the tester felt too constricted by it.

I have a non-stretch material underwire made by Natori. Man, that puppy is comfortable and looks good AND is very supportive!

Oooouch, that didn't look comfortable. I have just taken a satisfied look in my sportsbra drawer.

My boyfriend really enjoyed the bouncemeter though.
