I am getting to the pool 3 mornings a week to relearn how to swim! I never felt comfortable doing freestyle, although I love being in the water doing a leisurely backstroke or breast stroke. I've been doing TI drills and am beginning to feel relaxed and balanced with my stroking. But the rhythmic breathing part is really challenging! I still can only go about a length and a half without stopping and catching my breath. As frustrating as that is, I LOVE the process of discovery as I am learning. One more way to dance in the water![]()
