I ran hills on tuesday and it was one of those "can I make it up this hill without feeling like I'm going to fall over?" days. I'm always happy when I'm done though
Yesterday it was raining as I drove home from work. DH said it wasn't raining at home but I could tell the rain was moving north. By the time I got on my running clothes, it was raining. I headed out for a 2.5 mile run and by the time I was 1/4 mile into it, it was snowing big huge WET snowflakes! I finished though I had to keep slowing to clear my eyes. I had THE ice cream headache from heck, my muscles hurt from the cold, and I was glad to get home and change. I'm glad I did it...I figured it was a test of mental fortitude.
Speakin' of, Friday is my long day. There is a 90% chance of rain that day. Do I run in the rain? Do I run 13 miles on a treadmill? Neither sounds pleasant...I think I will toss a coin
And pizza...mmmmm. I'll do most anything for pizzaI'm one of those freaks who could eat it at any time of the day or at any part during a workout.
