.....(I should really find a bike shop that doesn't include carrying my bike up three flights of stairs, which is something my knee just doesn't seem to be down with. Or, um, maybe I should learn how to do some of these things for myself.)

I'm trying to think of where in the world there's a shop on the third floor...... You should try 20/20 over on Union. It's pretty close to you, very informal, they love old and new bikes alike, and they do good work.
