How are you feeling today? Any better?

Have this kind of problem in my lower back occasionally. Probably has different causes--in my case, spending too much time sitting and working at my desk and not enough other kinds of activity.
So I can't offer any ideas for convalescence, other than to take care of yourself, let the Mr. take care of you, and relaxxxxxxxxxx. Hope you're feeling better soon!

I get this in my neck too, it sucks. Luckily my chiro will work on me when is siezes. Lots of moist heat and very gentle manipulation.
I hope you feel better today.

My neck and shoulders tend to seize up whenever I'm not keeping my upper body mobile enough. It's been showing the last few weeks as I've increased cycling and running...and slacked off aerobics. Waving my arms around for an hour a few times a week really helps keep me looser up there.
