Brandi - warm rice bag with lavender on your sore neck AND DH feeding you strawberries.
So it's the morning after, how are you feeling? I find shoulder rolls help somewhat, but I've done the same thing. The best I've found are warm packs and time help the most. Still remember way back when, I worked in an ER in an Osteopathic hospital, had a "crik" in my neck, Doc notice it, and round about 2 am when things quieted down, he sent me to an exam room, we were chatting, my head is off the table resting in his hands, being rolled around, and he asked "when's your birthday", my response was "June twenty-$!*t"First time ANYONE had ever cracked my neck. Took him another hour to sneak up on me to crack the other side. But I got better.
If you can find a chiropracter you trust, they should be able to help you. Unfortunately I haven't found one around here. I've had really good care, and really bad care - worthy of "crack-o-practer" in the past, so I won't go see anyone without referral from a happy patient.
Really, I hope you're feeling better and the visit with friend and her 2 yr old goes well.![]()
