We had IM day at Masters. My main set looked like this:

8 x 25 IM order on 20 sec rest
3 x 200 IM on 25 sec rest
6 x 150 done as 100 IM pushing the breast stroke and adding an extra 50 free
then we cooled down.

The best thing was that I was able to do all the intended fly parts as fly, the whole way, even on the 200s. Total fly distance today = 350 m. OK, I'm sorry I calculated that. It doesn't sound nearly so impressive as I thought. But a PR anyway.
