I guess not running Tuesday helped me out. Look at that time. AND there was at least a 25 mph headwind and crosswind.
I started a walk/run combo and then I decided to just run. I ran as hard as I could. I think it shows.
So random. But I did have good nutrition today so that probably helped too.
