Man, I had nothing to give on my run today! I'd been feeling good for day. Not today! I ran the first mile at a decent pace, as I was trying to calibrate my ipod sensor. But by the end of that, my legs felt like they were sand bags that I was dragging along. Had to run/walk the rest, and literally could go 2 minutes of run without feeling exhausted. Was supposed to do a hard swim today, too, but instead did an hour of yoga. Felt I needed it more! OK.. tomorrow is a NEW DAY!
PS.. Yeah Emily... on the best time, and the new shoes! I LOVE new shoes!
