Nothing fancy here. I'm wearing my green and so is hubby. Just going off to work in a green sweater. Then come home and sleep

My spin teacher always does an Irish spinning class. You either love it or hate it. I love it!
My niece teaches Irish step dance, so I'm wearing a sweatshirt from her school. After I got to work I realized I should have worn my cycling jersey that we had made for our Livestrong ride, the one with "may the wind be always at your back" on the back and the celtic knots all over it. Oh well, maybe next year.
Someone brought green cupcakes into work, but I stayed away from them since the last thing I need are more calories! Though I'd make an exception for a nice bottle of Smithwick's, which is chilling in the fridge at home.
Oh, and to nitpickit is St. Paddy's day, not Patty. Men don't like to be called Patricia. (It is my own personal mission to get folks to get that one right, and all the Patricks in my family are very grateful).
You too can help me fight cancer, and get a lovely cookbook for your very own! My team's cookbook is for sale Click here to order. Proceeds go to our team's fundraising for the Philly Livestrong Challenge!
Happy St. Paddy's day to you too!
While going through my dads stuff last week I found my grandmothers immigration papers, I wonder if I still have family in Cork??

You may be eligible to get an Irish (and therefore, European) passport. I don't know what the current rules are, but in the 90s if your grandparents were Irish, you could get citizenship. I have an EU passport, and it's quite handy. Someday maybe I'll live there again, but for now I use it to get through the speedy line at the airport in Paris.
I was all dressed and on my way out the door when I spied a green shirt and thought, "Oh, yea! I better bring something green to change into!"
... and got to work and I was already wearing green. Sioux is *not* a fashionista. Sang "danny boy" and "house of orange" along the way to get in the spirit.
Happy St. Paddy's Day! I just finished up my Guinness, corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes. (Tomorrow we're having homemade reubens!)
Queen -That would be very cool if you could get an EU passport. I hope you find the documents you need.

Happy St. Paddy's Day to all and Queen, if there was ever any family in Cork, then that answers that question, so, of course you still have family there.
I haven't made any effort to wear green for a long time, as I figure it runs in my veins, eh?! Green from the inside-out here!
Paddy, yes! Only clothing I'm wearing that has no green: my bra, shoes and watch. <grin> My eyes are blue, so I can't fall back on them!
DH is having green beer with his workmates after work, so I'll go collect him when I'm done. Then back to our renovation. Not exactly celebratory, but, hey, we're both in the colours!
