Mine's my old radio call sign, from my years in the navy. Some imaginative ops officer thought it was a clever modification of my actual name, Judy. I hated it at first, but it kind of grew on me. You know, like fungus.

Back when I had to choose a user name I was new to biking and having to walk my bike up the harder hills. I saw the TE Hill Slug jersey here and thought that was me. Since then I think I've graduated from hill slug to at least a hill lizard. I've thought about changing names but I've kinda grown attached to it.
