LOL! I've did the Uphill Grind and I lived to talk about it.

Uphill Grind is hard - congrats on making it all the way thru, and living to tell about it.

I finally made it thru the entire Aero Base Builder V compilation today - a bit over 2 hours. I had to take a break in the middle though.

I thought I was going to lapse into a coma ...

I did half of Tough Love. It was tough enough. I'm working up to the full 3 hours one set at a time.

I like those aero base builders - 2 hours is a long time on a bike, though.
