hope we're ALL feeling better soon....

    (((((((sick TE'ers))))))))))

Dianyla, I see a naturopath in NW at the An Hao clinic. She does all the checks. She gives me Chinese herbs that help A LOT...in fact the OTC drugs can;t touch these for effectiveness without side effects. And for immune enhancement.

The Irish cure, eh...hmmm I'm on the Jewish cure..only my mom is too far away to bring her special brew...wah 2.

I think I must've gotten it in the plane on the way home from Boston. I was JUST getting over a cold and sat near a woman who went down as we sat there...by the time we landed she was a sick puppy.

So I'm lying in bed reading about *sweetpea* bikes and dreaming....

Oh yes, An Hao is a great clinic for Chinese medicine. I used to go to a regular allopathic (MD) doc in addition to getting naturopathic (ND) care over at A Woman's Time (21st/Lovejoy) but since finding Dr. Miller I've been able to integrate both philosophies into one care provider. One less appointment...

    hey Dianyla

I'm seriously thinking about your guy...his website doesn't mention "alternative" methods (maybe smart not to!) and I'd still use Edie (my naturopath/accupuncturist)...but I do need a new doc...I'm assuming you recommend him highly.....if there's anything I should know before I call could you PM me. Is he easy to get to if you have to talk to him?

    Hi runningmommy,

I seem to have similar thing. I was having a heartburn (never really had one but I can guess) of sort but instead of being in the chest, it was in my stomach. Came on sudden. I been feeling crummy too so I haven't been on the bike for a whole week. Had a migrane yesterday, and still have a touch of it this morning. so no ridey ridey... I may try a trainer again.

Strange no fever, just feeling exhausted and tired.

ouch, I slammed my hand in the car door...crushed a finger/bloody mess. Ugly, and hard to type, too. ER folks were great, though.

Ooo, I did that on New Year's Eve 10 years ago. I didn't know my finger was broken until several days later when I finally when to a dr. I'm glad you had more sense than I did and got it seen right away!

I did it to my brother when I was 8. That was one week into my dad's first attempt to stop smoking. He failed that day...his second attempt was more successful!
