I personally LOVE gifts whether they come on organized holidays, unorganized holidays, or even pancake day. Commercial, non commercial. Religious, non religious. It is safe to say that I will always receive a present with a huge freaking smile on my face.

And you know all that blah, blah, blah, blah about the joy of Christmas is the giving? Well, that is all good, but as we all know, there is, dare I say it??????????? MORE JOY IN RECEIVING THAN GIVING

Well, I did the unthinkable. I told my hubby to skip the flowers this year. Whatever roses are being delivered in this area don't last but a day so instead of watching the flowers die a quick death, I decided to forego that and wait and see what hubby has up his sleeve. So far it's nothing.
