She should be fired, and they should look more into drunk driving, to me it sounds like she was drunk.
I'm so sick of people doing that.

This gal being a cop knew what she was doing -- waiting the full 2 hrs before answering the door so it was too late to prove she was driving under the influence. Sickening indeed.

the testimony from the bar will be admitted for evidence. I was on a jury where all the bar tabs were used in the trial.

Seems like she's getting off easy. Good for the witnesses that followed her home so that she at least got caught.
