I wish my Pingos had the two-way zipper! I like being able to open a hip-length jacket even just a couple of inches at the bottom so it sits better on the bod, especially if I'm going to be sitting down. Fortunately, the Pingo is short enough to miss the widest part of my hips.....
I guess I have older models of the Pingo, because both have the single-action zipper, bottom to top only. So far, I haven't found the zippers on either jacket difficult to handle. The jackets on which I have two-way zippers are always more difficult to close---the gizmos have to be lined up *just so* to make 'em work....
