Probably
But more likely because I don't weigh myself at home. When I weigh myself in the evening, it's not right before bed. I'll have dinner afterward and plenty of water. Then in the mornings when I'm at the gym, I'll have had a light breakfast, and even my morning "constitutional" (sorry TMI) doesn't eliminate all the extra food and water.
But even so, I do retain quite a bit of water at certain times of the month and it does seem like it ought to be physically impossible![]()
