I only weigh myself when I'm feeling particularly thin or particularly fat to make sure I'm still within my ideal range. Otherwise, I stay off the scale. I had a handful of years where my eating was sort of disordered and I weighed myself all the time. I've come a long way from those days, but weighing myself more often than every so often reminds me of not-so-good times. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with weighing yourself every day; it just doesn't work for me.
Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.
