I had to pipe in. I swam for the first time since my last race in September. It's a good thing I swam for so many years because it didn't kill me nearly as much as I'd feared it would. I'm only about 10 seconds per 100 off my normal pace. But.... it was sooooo hard and my upper body is already feeling it. Probably couldn't keep that up for more than 500 without almost drowning. Guess I shouldn't go 4 months in between swims.
IM training begins in a couple months, so it was nice to get back in the water.

Congrats on all the milestones, ladies. It's great to see you all doing so well in the water. I've been reading for a while and was doing my swim training vicariously through you.
