I have noticed that the more frequently I weigh myself / think constantly about what I eat, I seem to gain weight or feel heavier...which is half of the time, my imagination.
I'm probably obsessive in other areas of my life, so prefer to not add the weight matter to more things.
Would be of value that I weigh myself now after I had my homemade birthday dinner yesterday when my partner spent several hrs. dreaming up the lovely gourmet dishes? I have to be abit insane to get on the scale now...![]()
