I recently started weighing daily in the morning, after dropping 12 very unhealthy pounds since fall. I'm considering getting back to keeping the info in a spreadsheet again. Our scale tells us fat %age, muscle mass and a few other things, so the reasons for changes in weight can be seen. It's nice to see when the weight has gone up if it's muscle or not. I'm pretty much at my target weight, but want to increase muscle mass, so I'm increasing my workouts now and trying to be smart about it. Between my clothes, the mirror and my DH, I know the weight loss looks good on me. I'm hoping it will translate into speed and power on the bike, too.
