We keep the scale in the bathroom for lack of storage space!!
I weigh myself every day out of habit. It started when I picked up cycling big time and lost a few pounds, making my mother worried. So I was making sure that I was not going down or even too close to 115. (I am regularly 120-122 at 5'4".) Now that my weight is extremely stable, I mostly step on the scale before and after runs to see if I've lost too much water...
I stop thinking about it as soon as I step down and it has no connection with my eating, I think.
