Nah, I always forget. So I end up stepping on the scale every couple of weeks. Usually my weight is in the mid-to-high 120s. If it gets above 130, I'll know because of my clothes and how I feel. If it gets below, same thing. In summer I'm happy to be in the low-to-mid 120s, but in winter, I don't mind a bit extra to keep me warm.

Most of my adult life, until the fall of 2006 (when my marriage was falling apart and I realized I hated my job and that it was up to me to find/make happiness), I was low-to-mid 140s. I lost 20ish, gained 5ish, and it's stayed that way without any extra effort (just the normal eating healthily and staying active).
