5 miles for me.![]()
I've broken some barriers this week. Mental barriers that is. I never thought I'd be able to go out and run 5 miles today. I ran frequently, not long but frequent, this week and I thought I'd have to bail today. So I went down to the track and did a very slow warm-up, some form drill, started to feel better so I popped off 2 miles in a high Z2, then cool down. Wow. I never thought I'd be able to run 4 out of 5 days without killing myself.
