I had an AHA! moment the other day...My leg was "wobbling" a bit more than normal on friday & realized I must do the 1hr of leg strengthening exercises each day! I wasn't home Thursday night to do them and one wobble on fri actually kind of hurt.
Just one of many AHA"s this week..

Something to look forward to.

I had my first acupucture session, it seemed to help a bit, at least for a few days. Maybe if I keep it up the inflammation will go away permanently. N also wants to have a hair analysis done. I'll do it, for sh!ts and giggles, I'm not sure how much stock I put in it though.

Now I'll take the helpful hint on the mat from anyone but did I mention that he's a beginner and I'm working towards my Sandan (that's 3rd degree black belt. In other words I'm the senior Nidan, 2nd degree in our school)
I'll have to show him why I'm a Nidan and he isn't .... yet
so I've often said that my joints are held together with muscle. I've got that part down pat. Now I need more flexibility and find a way to loose weight.
