I still get a stab her and there. The second shot was in October and I did really well. But I seem to be getting more generalized back pain, probably because I am DOING more. Thanks for the encouragement. It is frustrating, but also I am crazy busy with school and work and kids I couldn't ride so much any way. (I keep saying to myself)
Thanks for the information! I have good health insurance through my employer, so the money aspect is not a biggie, more the time and pain factor (I was glad to hear that you got anesthesia as I am a pain weenie!) I'll make a decision once I see how the pain is after I start riding again in the spring, and once I see how much I am going to ride this year. I sure wish there were a permanent fix rather than just something that lasts a month or three, as I won't necessarily have excellent health insurance forever. Somehow I doubt Medicare will pay for these injections, once I get to that age...
