Not sure how weather-resistant locks can be. Mine is not, I don't think, but it's on a rack in a covered garage, so it's not really an issue (except for the condensation puddle coming from a nearby a.c. unit, but that's not too bad).

My carpet bag is off the bike for the winter, and will return with the fair weather when my clothes are lighter and I have less to carry!
