I must be your-all's evil twin.

My body doesn't want to move in the mornings, hasn't since my 20s. I don't particularly sleep in; I'm best when I can let the sun wake me a half hour or so before sunrise; I'm just not suited to being physical in the mornings. I have managed to shift into doing a mid-morning aerobics class - just because doing the evening classes means eating dinner very late at night and disrupts anything DH might want to do together in the afternoons - but the intensity is a lot lower.

I'm just fine running or cycling in 90-95 degree heat and high humidity, with sweat literally pouring off my body. In fact I love that, and I especially love it MUCH more than getting out way too early to avoid the heat.

None of which is going to help me run this 5K at 7 a.m. on Saturday
