You ladies are NUTS!!!! Nuts I say!
I'm in Texas... it was 40 degrees when I needed to run and a bit windy. I hit the gym. Unfortunately due to some pain in my legs I had to do most of my 80 minute run on the elliptical.
Anyhoo, I can't imagine running in the weather the rest of you do!
Kimmyt... great job on the run! Snow and ice covered trails? See, again, I'd be inside. As for getting your gait looked at, nose around the tri and running clubs and look for a coach that specializes in that. Good luck.
