I'm so happy with myself for getting out on a run last night, I thought I'd post about it. I was feeling very achy from circuit training the night before and it is hard to get out the door for a run after a long day especially when BF for once is cooking dinner. But I made it out the door which is always the hardest part with the motivation that even if I just walk around the block it's more exercise than sitting on the couch. But once I got outside I was feeling pretty good, and then some good tunes were on my mp3 player and I perked up. I ended up jogging for half an hour. Probably didn't do more then a couple of miles, but did far better than I had expected.
