It's really funny when they trap you in a head stand by sitting down in front of your face so you can't lower your legs.

If we suggest this to Gaiam for their next yoga DVD series, can we get a commission?

    LOL!

Kali, my gsd, likes to stand next to me when I do crunches and gives me a kiss with each crunch.

I have a pet rat and sometimes let her out and sit her on the handle bars with me. When on the floor, she gets quite fixated at the rear wheel going round and round. She's just scared enough to keep out of it's way. I let her crawl on me when stretching and when I lift.

The other day I was in the gym room riding and she looked over at me and hopped on her wheel. She went for a few laps and stopped and looked over at me. I encouraged her to keep going and low and behold she hopped back on and got right to it. It's great when pets join in
    Have a bad day...cycle. Have a good day...cycle.
