I am in Gainesville Georgia north of Atlanta and it has been very nice lately. It did rain out my ride Sunday. I have been having horrible allergies this season though so I have to dope myself with Allegra or something before I leave on a ride and I curse everyone cutting there grass as I pass by!

Hey, y'know, when mine were acting up a few months back I thought those allergy meds were affecting my performance, as in having a "positive" effect. Hmmmmm...maybe there is something to this performance enhancing substance thing. But then of course I think of Red Bull and Crank e-gel as performance enhancing substances as well, at least for me!

If I drank a red bull I would probably not sleep for two days. I have actually had co workers cut me off and not allow me to drink anymore Mountain Dews because I get so wired . I don't know if the allegra is helping other than my allergies though!
