I'm sure I'll be there. I've been riding it since 2003 with a small group of non-TEers. We have always stayed the night before at the Holiday Inn Express in Dublin which gives a Cinderella discount if you call the hotel rather than the HI Exp 800 number.
We went to the TE pre-ride dinner this year. It was a bit overwhelming and VERY loud - but fun. And a nice way to meet some Bay Area TEers. I THINK my friends had a good enough time to want to do it again in 2008.
Anyone who is interested, but isn't on the mailing list for early registration, should email Valley Spokesmen and get on the list. The ride will sell out the first day. It's an easy, fun, beautiful ride.Last edited by five one; 11-25-2007 at 04:44 PM.

I'm planning on going if I can get my bad self registered. Does anyone know if I can ride with my ds on a tag-a-long? We can pretend he's a girl
I want to take him to the San Diego zoo and make this our first mom/son vacation. If he can't ride with me I'll have to think about it. Who am I kidding, it depends on if his dad will work with me...

There was a woman with her daughter on a trail-a-bike last year. They were all dressed up and finished the entire thing! Very impressive!
If you are up for it I would do it!
It is a beautiful time of year out there and its a fun ride. Only two slight climbs, mostly flats with a few rollers in there.
Like others said get on the mailer list now if you want a shot at getting the
"golden ticket"
