    Just heard there was a earthquake near Bend, Oregon. SK, did you bring earthquakes with you from California? Hope everything is Okay.

    Wow, I didn't know I had such an earthshattering personality.

    Was the report for Bend, OR or North Bend, OR? We's purty far from the ocean here in Bend. However, it is the Ring O' Fire and you never know when one of these mountains is going to blow its top.

    Where's the link to that official earthquake website when you need it?

    There it is. The report was probably for North Bend (over by Coos Bay on the coast north of Crescent City).

    Earthquake,OR-I told national news to report

    Well, let's see if our Canadian national tv news will pick up that earthquake event.

    I just phoned the Vancouver BC news branch for CAnadian Broadcasting Corporation...on this news tip...because I didn't see it anywhere on our news.

    Vancouver, BC does have an interest earthquakes. Seismologists are predicting it could happen anytime in our area...now or next 150 years or so. The sad thing is that our city just ain't well-prepared for any major shake ..at all.
