Wow!!! What a great story and lady. I can only hope to be her in 40 years, providing i'm still around. Reminds of a story I wanted to share with you folks..I took care of an 82 year old man, who was riding his road bike and bit by a dog. He started riding I think he told me 15 years ago, after he won all the senior tennis tournaments for his area and wanted something different to do. He rides 5000 miles a year. The man takes no medicines, still works part time at his own acccounting business, and didn't look or appear his age at all.
Yup. When I grow up I wanna be like her!!
Me too!!!
Me Too!!!
I want to be this woman!!!
Well, not actually her... but I so wanna be like her... I got another 40 or so years to go... but am looking forward to answering my door in lycra and getting on my bike to ride too!

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
"I will try again tomorrow".
I'm so impressed by her. I too sometimes seem all consumed by cycling. When I'm not doing it I'm watching a race on tv. or thinking about riding. I hope I am blessed to still be riding in my 80s.
