sbctwin, I had some friends that were on holiday in the Tetons and had planned to go to Yellowstone on Sat but the south entrance was closed for most of the day due to snow. They waited it out rather than drive all the way around. I can think of worse places than the Tetons to have to kill some time.

CyclaSutra has done a self supported ride in the spring before the road opens up. I'd like to do that someday, maybe in 08? What do you think? We could have a TE Jellystone ride!! CyclaSutra could be our guide.
