I've done enough stand alone marys, I'm done with the whole marathon thing and I'm thinking speed walking sounds mighty fine! My old bod is getting too old for this long distance running thing I think..

Now as for the IT band. If it's not responding to therapy- stretching, icing all that good stuff, get it checked out. We swore that Tony had an IT issue when really it was his meniscus. Put him back a good 4 months in lost training time. It never hurts to have things checked out....
