This is usually printed in small text on the back of someone's bike jersey or shorts. The person in back who is close enough to read this is drafting off of the person wearing the item. Taking a pull refers to leading the paceline for a while to allow others to draft behind you.

The person in front must work harder than the people drafting behind, so it is customary to take turns pulling. Unfortunately, some people just latch on behind you and refuse to take a turn and lead for a while. This kind of wheelsucking is generally considered rude.
