Spazz, I agree with you, but I'm also a very open person. I'm bi myself and when I worked at Microsoft, I was a member of GLEAM (Gay/Lesbian/Bi/Transgender Employees At Microsoft) and was active locally.

I just personally don't get the discrimination. :/
