I've had good luck with Polar. I've twice sent back components to them and both times, got a response in a very timely manner. Maybe it varies by the service center? (which admittedly...it shouldn't!).

Oh, and for future reference, do an online search for CS200 mounts and you can buy them from Amazon (and I'm sure other places as well). That totally sucks that they said you had to send it back to them for a new mount!
