The skin graft is part of my collection from being burned in a car accident when I was young.
Having my leg put back together was an important lesson in "Pain is Nature's way of saying you're stupid." I pulled through too hard doing a wheelie on a mountain bike. When my left foot came down to catch me, it came down just a skosh wrong and I got a spiral fracture of my left tibia.
And the hair thing is genetic. I think. My dad started losing most of the hair on his calves when he was about 40. In my case, it's just migrated.
