I am 18 weeks (4+ months) and so far I can still wear 2 pairs of my normal shorts, however jerseys are becoming a problem. The only one I have that doesn't have bottom elastic is my long sleeve and it's still too warm to wear that. Great idea on wearing DH's jerseys, he's got several that don't have bottom elastic, those should work well. Thanks!
I just have to add that it really irks me that the only maternity jersey available is pink. Why do clothing manufacturers assume that all women like pink?
I don't like pink and I absolutley refuse to wear it.
Title 9 does not carry any maternity clothing. I actually wrote them a letter to express my disappointment in this, and their reply was that there just isn't enough of a market. Most maternity "active wear" I've seen consists of yoga pants and hoodies. Great for yoga, not so great for those of us who run, swim, do aerobics, cycle, etc . . . (And while I'm complaining I'll just add, what the heck am I supposed to sleep in? That's great that they make nursing sleep wear, but what about from now until then? Anyone seen any PJ's for pregnant women? Can you tell I've had a frustrating week trying to find maternity clothing?
